Notes

  • 1. Max ET is calculated to limit core loss and temperature rise at 100KHz based on a bipolar flux swing of 180mT Peak. Applied ET may need to be derated for higher frequencies.
  • 2. Temperature rise calculations involve core and copper losses.
  • 3. 500Vrms Hi-Pot between pins 5 & 6.
  • 4. NL versions: TUV certified with triple insulated Teflon wire on drive winding and magnetic wire on gate windings. 600Vrms isolation between drive and gate windings.
  • ANL versions: Compliant with IEC 61558, IEC 61010 & IEC 60601 with triple insulated wire on both drive and gate windings. 1000Vrms isolation between all windings except those terminating to pins 5 & 6.
