SMT Gate Drive Transformers
Pulse Electronics offers a range of SMT Gate Drive Transformers designed for applications requiring >1500VDC isolation. These transformers provide both Basic and Functional Insulation, with options for >1500VDC isolation (380Vrms continuous) and Basic insulation featuring 1.4mm creepage/clearance. They are suitable for operating frequencies of 50kHz and up.

Notes
- Maximum volt-sec rating limits peak flux density to 2200 Gauss in unipolar drive applications. For bipolar drive applications, twice this rating is acceptable.
- Leakage inductance is measured at primary terminals with all secondaries shorted.
- Optional Tape & Reel packaging is available by adding a "T" suffix to the part number.
- Continuous isolation voltage confirmed by 125C/1000hrs accelerated aging with bias voltage applied between primary and secondary windings.
