Application Notes
- For flyback topology, ensure transformer does not saturate. Peak flux density (Bpk) should remain below 2700 Gauss. Formula: Bpk (Gauss) = K1_Factor * Ipk(A).
- In high volt-sec applications, calculate core loss. Formula: CoreLoss (W) = 4.6E-14 * (Freq_kHz)^1.63 * (B_Gauss)^2.63, where B = K1_Factor * (A) for Flyback Topology.
