Pulse Transformers IT series with single secondary winding
The IT series pulse transformers provide galvanic isolation between drive and power circuits, offering voltage resistance up to 8 kV and ignition currents up to 3 A. They are designed for transformer-coupled gate drives, featuring negligible delays and voltage scaling capabilities. Available with single or double secondary windings for multiple gate drives, the IT product line ensures rapid availability of standard gate drive transformers with a wide selection of turns ratios, ignition currents, and voltages.

Explanations:
* Lp tolerance: +50%; -30%
** IT 364 not suitable for PCB-mounting.
tr: rise time at given load resistor R and 70% of the output pulse height.
Lp: primary inductance measured at 1 kHz (secondary coil open).
Lstr: stray inductance measured at the secondary side, short circuit at the primary side. If there are several secondary coils, only one at a time is connected (measuring frequency 10 kHz).
The ignition current is a set peak value where the voltage drop over the coil resistance is still insignificant (mostly below 1 V).
